Career Position - Office Assistant

iLead Online South Africa is seeking a hard working, enthusiastic Office Assistant with about 1-3 years working experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Matric
Any Courses or Qualifications an Advantage
Good MS Skills

Job Responsibilities

Office Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) and Account Manager (AM)
Scheduling and coordinating meetings for MD and AM and Diary Management
Liaise with clients and contacts
Handle customer follow ups in sales process
Deal with all tasks requested by MD or AM
Will be required to perform ad hoc secretarial functions
In-office and administrative support in the areas of presentation preparation and customer support
Interface with all levels of management and clients
Invoices Customers
Preparing payments to suppliers
Following-up with the progress of the contract
Following-up on various queries
Reconciliations
Administration of contracts from start to finish
